A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE HISTORIC
DISTRICT COMMISSION : REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE OAKLAND-
FRATERNAL CEMETERY BOARD; A REAPPOINTMENT TO THE
LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY; A REAPPOINTMENT TO THE
WASTEWATER UTILITY COMMISSION; AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
SIGN BOARD OF REVIEW; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. Lonnie Powers is hereby appointed to the Historic
District Commission for a three-year term ending June 15 , 1983 ,
replacing Mr. Robert Connor.
SECTION 2 . Mr. Jerome H. Hamner, Mr. C. H. McCrory, Mr. R. E.
Hawkins and Ms . Inola H. Childress are hereby reappointed to a three-
year term ending June 1 , 1983 , on the Oakland-Fraternal Cemetery
Board.
SECTION 3. Mr. Lawrence B. Burrow is hereby reappointed to a
five-year term ending July 6 , 1985 , on the Little Rock Port Authority.
SECTION 4 . Mr. Theodore C. Treadway, III, is hereby reappointed
to the Wastewater Utility Committee for a four-year term ending
August 1 , 1984 .
SECTION 5 . Mr. O. D. Tucker is hereby appointed to the Sign
Board of Review for a three-year term ending April 1 , 1983 , replacing
Mr. David Henderson.
SECTION 6 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
