A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RIVERSIDE CABLE
T.V. , INC . TO CONSTRUCT A TELEVISION STUDIO
ON THE GROUNDS OF THE EAST LITTLE ROCK
COMMUNITY COMPLEX; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . Riverside Cable T.V. , Inc. is hereby
authorized to construct a television studio building on the
grounds of the East Little Rock Community Complex. The
authorization granted herein is conditional upon the deeding
of the building to the City by Warranty Deed after completion
of construction.
SECTION 2 . The authorization granted herein is also
conditioned upon the agreement that no construction costs or
other expenses will accrue to the City as a result of the con-
struction by Riverside.
SECTION 3 . Design and placement of the building
authorized herein must be approved by the City prior to
construction.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
