6372 RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 372
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A TRUSTEE FOR CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS HOTEL AND RESTAURANT
GROSS RECEIPTS TAX BONDS (LITTLE ROCK CONVENTION
CENTER PROJECT) , SERIES 1980 .
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , acting by
and through the Board of Directors of the City and the City
Advertising and Promotion Commission of the City of Little Rock ,
Arkansas ("Commission" ) , proposes to issue its Hotel and
Restaurant Gross Receipts Tax Bonds (Little Rock Convention
Center Project) , Series 1980 ( "Bonds" ) in order to finance new
convention facilities; and
WHEREAS, the Commission has recommended that The
Commercial National Bank of Little Rock be designated as Trustee
for the holders of the Bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas :
Section 1. The Commercial National Bank of Little
Rock is hereby designated as Trustee for the holders of the Bonds .
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED: July 1, 1980 .
