A RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL AND
PETITION FILED BY PFEIFER PLUMBING AND
HEATING CO . , INC . WHICH ASKED THAT THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS REVERSE THE DECISION
OF THE SEWER COTTh ITTEE OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK AND ORDER A REFUND OF
$2 , 050 . 00 ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The Appeal and Petition filed by Pfeifer
Plumbing and Heating Co . , Inc . which asked that the Board of
Directors reverse the decision of the Sewer Committee of the
City of Little Rock and order a refund of $2 , 050 . 00 of the
sewer connection paid by Pfeifer on Round River Condominium
is hereby denied.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval .
