A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . Appointments to the Arkansas Arts Center Board
of Trustees , for four year terms beginning July 1 , 1980 , and
expiring June 30 , 1984, are as follows :
Edwin B. Conner, replacing Mrs . Phillip Carrol
Mrs . Walter E. Hussman, Jr. (Robena Kendrick) , replacing
Mr. James T. Dyke
Mr. Sheffield Nelson, replacing Mrs . John B. Dyke
Dr. Herbert Benjamin Williams , replacing Mrs . Norman
Farris .
SECTION 2 . Mr. Reeves E. Ritchie is hereby appointed
to fill the unexpired term of Dr, Charles M, Nolan, which term
expires June 30 , 1981.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
