A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO RENEW THE LEASE FOR OFFICE SPACE IN
THE UNION NATIONAL BANK BUILDING USED
FOR THE CACETA VOUCHER PROGRAM; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the lease for office space in the Union
National Bank Building for the CACETA Voucher Program
expires May 31 , 1980, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
authorize renewal of the lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to
renew the lease for office space in the Union National Bank
Building used for the CACETA Voucher Program.
SECTION 2 . This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
