6354 RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 354
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TWELVE MONTH PASS FEES
FOR USE OF THE GOLF COURSES BY CITIZENS UNDER THE
AGE OF SIXTY-FIVE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, on August 7 , 1979 the Board of Directors adopted
Resolution No. 6 , 186 increasing fees for the golf courses and
eliminating season passes for persons under the age of sixty-
five years ; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
establish twelve month passes for persons under the age of sixty-
five years .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . Twelve month passes for citizens under the age of
sixty-five years will be available as follows :
Twelve month pass for weekdays , excluding holidays :
One golfer under age 65 - $200 . 00
Man and wife under age 65 - $250 . 00
Twelve month pass for weekdays , weekends and holidays :
One golfer under age 65 - $250 . 00
Man and wife under age 65 - $300 . 00
Multiple twelve month pass - good for all golf courses ,
Additional - $ 50 . 00
SECTION 2 . All fees as established by Resolution No. 6 ,186
shall remain in full force and effect .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval .
