A RESOLUTION SELECTING THE FIRM OF
RUSSELL BROWN & COMPANY AS CITY
AUDITOR TO COMPLETE THE CITY AUDITS,
THE CETA AUDITS AND THE CDBG AUDITS
FOR A THREE YEAR AUDIT TERM ; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, requests for proposals for the City audit for
the next three year period have been sent to numerous
certified public accounting firms; and
WHEREAS, the request for proposals included a number of
items, specifically individual amounts for the City audit,
the CETA audit and the CDBG audit; and
WHEREAS, eight accounting firms have responded to the
request for proposals and the eight auditors appear to be
qualified based upon data included in their tabulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The firm of Russell Brown & Company is
hereby selected as City auditor to complete the City audits,
the CETA audits and the CDBG audits for a three year
audit term.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
