A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE SUBURBAN
DEVELOPMENT PLAN "DEVELOPMENT POLICIES; "
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a Suburban Development Plan "Development
Policies" booklet has been prepared by Team Four, Inc. , and
WHEREAS, it has been urged that the successful adoption
and implementation of the Suburban Development Plan
"Development Policies" by the City of Little Rock will be a
critical step in the rational growth of suburban Little
Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The Suburban Development Plan "Development
Policies" prepared by Team Four, Inc. is hereby adopted , a
copy of said document is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is
hereby made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
