RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 348
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE REVISIONS OF
THE SEWER CONNECTION FEE SCHEDULE AS
ADOPTED BY THE LITTLE ROCK SANITARY
SEWER COMMITTEE; DECLARING SAID REVISIONS
TO BE EFFECTIVE ON AND AFTER JULY 1 , 1980;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, J. E. Gardner, Manager of the Little Rock
Wastewater Utility has presented to the Board of Directors
his Certificate of Adoption of Revisions of Sewer Connection
Fee Schedule, and a copy of said certificate is attached
hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS , the Sewer Committee has adopted a sewer con-
nection fee schedule to be effective on and after July 1 ,
1980 , a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 : The Sewer Connection Fee Schedule adopted
by the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee is hereby adopted
and is declared to be effective on and after July 1 , 1980 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .

Certificate of Adoption of Revisions of Sewer Connection Fee Schedule
Effective on and after July 1, 1980
I, J. E. Gardner, Manager of the Little Rock Wastewater Utility do hereby
certify that the above revision of the Sewer Connection Fee Schedule effective
on and after July 1, 1980 set forth therein is a true and correct copy of the
revision to the Sewer Connection Fee Schedule duly adopted by the Little Rock
Sanitary Sewer Committee at its regular meeting on May 20, 1980.
The notice of the proposed fee schedule was published in the Arkansas
Gazette on April 18, 1980 and April 25, 1980. No comments from the public
relative to the proposed fees were received up to or during the public hearing
held on May 20, 1980 at 2:00 p.m.

LITTLE ROCK WASTEWATER UTILITY
SEWER CONNECTION FEE SCHEDULE
Effective July 1, 1980
By action of the Sewer Committee of the City of Little Rock ,
Arkansas , on March 18 , 1980 , the following fees shall be applicable
to all new connections to the sanitary sewer system under the juris-
diction of the Little Rock Wastewater Utility applied for beginning
July 1, 1980.
Residential Dwelling Units :
(Including single or multi-family homes, $ 100 . 00 per unit
condominiums, apartments, mobile homes ,
or any other residential unit)
Hotels and Motels :
First Unit 100 . 00
All additional units 50 . 00 each
Commercial , Industrial , or Other Non-residential :
(Based Upon Domestic Use Water Meter Required)
5/8" Meter 100 . 00
3/4" Meter 150 . 00
1 " Meter 250. 00
1 Meter 500 . 00
2" Meter 800. 00
3" Meter 1 , 600 . 00
4" Meter 2 , 500 . 00
6" Meter 5 , 000 . 00

New connections or significant additions to existing facilities
served by the sewer which will not require installation of a water
meter for water service shall pay a fee equivalent to the meter re-
quired for the additional load as determined by the Manager .
