6326 RESOLUTION NO. 6 ,326
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF
FIRE SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR CERTAIN BUSINESSES
LOCATED OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS FOR A ONE YEAR
PERIOD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, certain contracts granted one year ago for
fire service to be provided outside the corporate limits of
the City will expire this month.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized
to extend contracts for fire fighting services for a one year
period for the companies listed below:
Siemen' s Allis : 14000 Dineen Drive
Independent Air Conditioning : 12221 Arch Street
3M Granite Plant : 3M Road
Levis Strauss : 15000 Panatela Drive
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
