A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF
MAY 9 , 1980, FOR THE PRESENTATION OF
THE RESOURCE RECOVERY SYSTEM PLAN:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , an action plan for a resource recovery system
has been presented to the Board by staff .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The date of May 9 , 1980, and the time of
9 : 30 A.M. , are hereby set for the presentation of the
Resource Recovery System Plan to the Board of Directors .
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
