A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COMMITTEE TO
NEGOTIATE THE SALE OF BONDS FOR THE CON-
VENTION CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The following persons are hereby appointed
to a committee to negotiate the sale of bonds for the Convention
Center :
Mayor Webb Hubbell
Director Sandy Keith
Director Lottie Shackelford
Director Byron Morse
Commissioner Finley Vinson
Commissioner Boyd Montgomery
Assistant City Manager Jack Murphy
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
