A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. MICHAEL SMITH CHAIRMAN OF
THE COMPLETE COUNT COMMITTEE, AN AD HOC COMMITTEE DESIGNED
TO PROMOTE PARTICIPATION BY THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE IN THE
1980 CENSUS EFFORTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. Michael Smith is hereby appointed Chairman of the
Complete Count Committee, an ad hoc committee designed to promote part-
icipation by the community at large in the 1980 Census efforts. Mr. Smith
is appointed to replace Mr. James R. Rodgers who is unable to serve.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
