That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 11 indicated: 12 Z-8863: Described as being a part of the NW '/4 SW '/4 of Section 16, T-1-S,R-13- 13 W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; more particularly described as beginning at the SW 14 corner of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence along the west line of said NW 1/4 SW '/4 15 NO2°14'54"E 418.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue along said west 16 line NO2°14'54"E 180 feet; thence leaving said West line S88°59'39"E 250.00 feet; 17 thence S02°14'54"W 180.00 feet; thence N88°59'39"W 250.00 feet to the point of 18 beginning containing 1.03 acres, more or less; from R-2, Single-Family District,to I- 19 2,Light Industrial District (East side of Vimy Ridge Road, approximately 3,400 feet 20 south of Alexander Road). 21 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 22 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 23 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 24 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty(30) days after the date of its 25 passage and approval. 26 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 27 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 28 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 29 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 30 ordinance. 31 Section 5. Repealer.
