That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 11 indicated: 12 Z-8862: Described as part of the W1/2 E1/2 NE1/4, Section 6, Township 1 South, 13 Range 12 West of the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more 14 particularly described as follows: 15 16 Begin at a point 1,980.0 feet north and 101.67 feet east of the southwest corner of 17 said W1/2 E1/2 NE1/4; thence north 298.0 feet to the south right-of-way line of 18 Baseline Road; thence S88°22'E, along said south right-of-way for 191.67 feet; 19 thence south 295.1 feet; thence west 101.67 feet to the Point of Beginning, also 20 known as Lot 2 South Heights Addition, according to an unrecorded plat dated 21 November 20, 1953, prepared by G. A. Denham, Registered Engineer; from R-2, 22 Single-Family District,to 0-3, General Office District(4811 Baseline Road). 23 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 24 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to 25 affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 26 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty(30) days after the date of its 27 passage and approval. 28 Section 4. Severability.
