6264 RESOLUTION NO . 6,264
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF THE
CONTRACT WITH GULF OIL CORPORATION FOR TANK
WAGON DELIVERIES OF GASOLINE AND PURCHASE
OF GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL FROM AMERICAN
OIL COMPANY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City Manager is hereby authorized
to renew the contract with Gulf Oil Corporation for tank
wagon deliveries of gasoline and to purchase transport
deliveries of gasoline and diesel fuel from American Oil
Company.
SECTION 2 . The City Manager and the Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary
warrants in payment of the contract price on each contract .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
