RESOLUTION NO. 6,261
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING SAMUEL C. POLITE, JR. AS A COMMISSIONER OF
TWIN LAKES RECREATIONAL AREA IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , Thomas E. Mariner, one of the Commissioners of Twin
Lakes Recreational Area Improvement District No. 1 died in November
of 1979 ; and
WHEREAS, the remaining commissioners have nominated Samuel C.
Polite, Jr. to succeed him;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLOVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That due to the death of Thomas E. Mariner, Samuel
C. Polite , Jr. is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of
Commissioners of Twin Lakes Recreational Area Improvement District
No. 1.
This resolution shall become effective upon its passage and
approval .
