RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND APPOINTING ASSESSORS
IN SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 145 OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District
No. 145 of Little Rock, Arkansas , have filed the plans and
a certificate of approval issued by the Arkansas State Board
of Health approving said plans and have reported the estimate
of costs of constructing the improvements contemplated in said
local improvement district to be $ 1,200,000. 00 , to be
assessed and charged upon the real property of the district
according to the benefits received, and it appearing that
said plans are as prayed for in said petition;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the making of the assess-
ment for said improvement be undertaken, and Truman Nolen ,
Travis Bailey and Joe Harlan are hereby
appointed assessors to assess the benefits to be realized by
each lot or block or other subdivision of land in said district.
