A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING TO
VACATE AND CLOSE AN UNNAMED STREET IN WEST HIGHLAND
SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on a
proposed ordinance to vacate, close and abandon an unnamed right-of-way
lying along the north boundaries of Lots 4 and 5, West Highland Subdivision
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to authority of Section
19-2304, Arkansas Statutes, 1947 annotated, and desires to hold such public
hearing as it considers said proposed ordinance allowing all interested
parties to be heard.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m.
on the 4th day of December, 1979 in the Board of Directors' Chambers, City
Hall, Little Rock, Arkansas on a proposed ordinance to vacate, close and
abandon an unnamed street in West Highland Subdivision and the City Clerk
is hereby directed to notify all property owners, as identified by the
Certificate of Little Rock Abstract Company, abutting the unnamed street
herein proposed to be closed.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
