RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE A PORTION OF NASON ROAD, WEST HIGHLAND SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the
27th day of September , 1979 , asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon a portion of Nason Road of
the West Highland Subdivision in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Subdivision now
appearing of record in Plat Book #1, Sheet 273, in the
office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject,
however, to any public utility easements located in said
street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7:30 o' clock p.m. , on the 4th day of December ,
1979.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in a manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two ( 2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
