A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors have been requested by all the
owners of property within Office Park West Subdivision, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas , to vacate, close and abandon Hardin Street
and Mason Street, between Hermitage Road, and the North line of Lots
50 , 51, 52 and 53 , West Highland Subdivision of the NE 1/4 of Section 4 ,
Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas , all pursuant
to the Board' s authority as provided by §19-2304 , Arkansas Statutes
1947 annotated; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on a
proposed ordinance to vacate, close and abandon said streets pursuant
to authority of said Section 19-2304 and desires to hold such public
hearing as it considers said proposed ordinance allowing all interested
parties to be heard.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The Board of Directors will hold a public hearing at
7: 30 o.m. on the 16th day of October , 1979 in the
Board of Directors ' Chambers , City Hall, Little Rock, Arkansas on a
proposed ordinance to vacate, close and abandon the streets hereinabove
described and the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause notice of said
public hearing to be served on all property owners, as identified by the
Certificate of Beach Abstract & Guaranty Company, abutting the portions
of Mason and Hardin Streets herein proposed to be closed, except those
property owners within Office Park West Subdivision also identified by
the said Certificate of Beach Abstract & Guaranty Company.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
