6215 RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 215
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE AMENDED MASTER
PLAN ADOPTED BY THE CAPITOL ZONING DISTRICT
COMMISSION; PLEDGING COOPERATION WITH THE
CAPITOL ZONING DISTRICT COMMISSION IN THE
EXERCISE OF ITS FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES WITHIN
THE EXTENDED BOUNDARIES OF THE AMENDED MASTER
PLAN;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , the Capitol Zoning District Commission has
adopted an amended Master Plan which extends the boundaries
of the Capitol Zoning District to include those boundaries
which were established by the most recent session of the
Arkansas Legislature ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock hereby recognizes the amended Master Plan adopted by the
Capitol Zoning District Commission which extends the boundaries
of the Capitol Zoning District to include those boundaries which
were established by the most recent session of the Arkansas
Legislature;
SECTION 2 . The Board of Directors hereby pledges the
cooperation of the City with the Capitol Zoning District
Commission in the exercise of its functions and duties within
the extended boundaries of the amended Master Plan.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
