A RESOLUTION EXTENDING UTE CITY'S APPROVAL
OF TIE MUTUAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR
ENFORCEMENT OF CITY-STATE REGULATIONS IN
THE CAPITOL AND MANSION AREAS OF THE CAPITOL
ZONING DISTRICT TO INCLUDE TIE PROPOSED NEW
BOUNDARIES OF 1HE MANSION AREA; AND FOR
OTIER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City's approval of the N .itual Cooperation
Agreement for enforcement of city-state regulations in the Capitol and
Mansion areas of the Capitol Zoning District is hereby extended to
include the proposed new boundaries of the Mansion area.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
