A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SUBMIT A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE UNITED
STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR FOR PROGRAM FUND-
ING FOR THE TITLE 11B, YETP AND YCCIP PROGRAMS
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1980 ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, recommendations have been made by the Staff
and the Central Arkansas CETA Advisory Council for program
funding under Title 11B, YETP and YCCIP Programs for the
fiscal year 1980 as outlined in the attached Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is authorized to submit
a grant application to the United States Department of Labor
for program funding for the Title 11B, YETP and YCCIP pro-
grams for the fiscal year 1980, as shown in the attached
Exhibit A.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
