6197 RESOLUTION NO. 6,197
A RESOLUTION STATING THAT THE CITY WILL CALL
AN ELECTION WHEN ONE IS NEEDED TO SUPPORT
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SLACK WATER HARBOR AS
REQUESTED BY THE PORT AUTHORITY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City will call an election when one
is needed to support the construction of a slack water harbor
as requested by the Port Authority.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
