6192 RESOLUTION NO. 6,192
A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE PROPOSED EXPANSION
OF THE LITTLE ROCK WASTE WATER UTILITY SYSTEM;
AND FOR OTHERPURPOSES .
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of
Little Rock adopted on July 24, 1979 a Resolution endorsing
the proposed expansion of the Little Rock Waste Water Utility
System; and
WHEREAS , it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to accept the Resolution of the Planning Commission and
endorse the proposed expansion of the Little Rock Waste
Water Utility System.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock hereby accepts the Resolution of the Planning
Couuuission and endorses the proposed expansion of the Little
Rock Waste Water Utility System.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
