6175 RESOLUTION NO. 6,175
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING CONSULT-
ING SERVICES FOR MOOREHART PARK.
WHEREAS, four firms submitted proposals to provide
consulting and engineering services for development of Moorehart
Park; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation staff analyzed each
of the proposals and made a unanimous selection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized
to enter into a contract with Environmental Technical Consultants
for engineering and consulting services for Moorehart Park.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
