A RESOLUTION DISCOURAGING DISCRIMINATORY
EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES BY RECIPIENTS OF
BOND FINANCING.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock goes on record as opposed to discriminatory employment
practices;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock is opposed to discriminatory employment practices and
encourages recipients of bond financing to reexamine its
employment practices and where discrimination is found to take
positive steps toward ceasing the discrimination.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
