A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JOE KEMP TO NEGOTIATE
A SETTLEMENT INCLUDING LEGAL FEES IN THE JANET
PULLIAM CASE NOT TO EXCEED $20, 000. 00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. That Joe Kemp acting on behalf of the
Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, is hereby
authorized to negotiate a settlement, including legal
fees, in the Janet Pulliam case not to exceed $20, 000. 00.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
