6090 RESOLUTION NO. 6,090
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING MR. MAHLON MARTIN,
ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER, FOR HIS WORK ON
THE 1979 BOARD OF DIRECTORS RETREAT.
WHEREAS, Assistant City Manager Mahlon Martin served as
facilitator during the Board of Directors retreat at Hot
Springs on January 26-27 , 1979 ; and
WHEREAS, he moderated and facilitated the Board ' s discussions
of Board relationships , City goals, and service area priorities;
and
WHEREAS , he assisted the Board in reaching consensual agree-
ment in these areas.
WHEREAS, he served effectively in this role with skill, tact,
good humor and sensitivity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Mahlon Martin, Assistant City Manager, is
hereby commended for his work during the January 26-27 , 1979
Board retreat.
SECTION 2 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
