RESOLUTION NO 6,077
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VARIOUS PROJECTS AND ALLOCATION
OF FUNDS AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK COM-
MUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM (CDBG) FOR THE YEAR
1979-1980; APPROVING THE CDBG APPLICATION; AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF THE APPLICATION FOR SAID FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby allocates the funds pro-
vided it under the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) of the
Federal Government for the fiscal year 1979-1980 to the various projects
as enumerated and provided for on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof; and approving the CDBG Application. Further, the City Manager,
acting for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock, is hereby authorized to
make application to the appropriate federal agency for the grant funds
herein referred to.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
