RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE STREETS IN BLOCK 16 AND
BLOCK 33, C. 0. BRACK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
•LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Whereas , a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 22nd day of
August
, 1977 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon all portions of the streets in Block 16 and Block 33 ..
of C .O. Brack Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , as
designated on the plat of said addition now appearing of record
in Plat Book 1 , Page 166 , in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas , subject , however, to any public utility easements
located in said streets .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7:30
o 'clock P.M. , on the 1st day of December
1977 .
Section 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
