A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR HEARING THE PETITION OF
SHELDEN TAXER AND MYRNA TAXER TO CLOSE AND VACATE
A PORTION OF 12TH STREET PIKE SHOWN ON THE PLAT
OF SANTA FE PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
WHEREAS , a petition has been filed with the Board
of Directors of the City of Little Rock by Shelden Taxer and
Myrna Taxer, praying for the closing and vacating of the
following described portion of 12th Street Pike, situated in
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to-wit:
All that part of 12th Street Pike shown on
the original Plat of SANTA FE PARK ADDITION
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas re-
corded in Plat Record Book 1, at Page 164 ,
filed for record on January 6 , 1912 , which
lies between the South line of Block
43 SANTA FE PARK ADDITION to the City of
Little Rock and the North line of West
Markham Street less that part which is
shown as an Additional Street Dedication
shown on the plat of Lots A & B, Block 43 ,
SANTA FE PARK ADDITION, being a replat of
said Block 43 and additional property, re-
corded in Plat Record Book 40 , at Page
35, filed for record on August 1 , 1977.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. That the 15th day of November
1977 , at 7: 30 P.M. , in the Board Chambers, City Hall,
Little Rock, Arkansas, is the date, time and place fixed for
hearing of the petition.
Section 2. That the City Clerk give notice of
such hearing by publication, once a week for two consecutive
weeks, in some newspaper published in Pulaski County and
having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock,
stating in said notice the name of the petitioners and a
description of the portion of the street to be closed and
vacated and advising all persons that on the date named
above, the Board will hear the petition and determine whether
the aforesaid portion of street shall be closed and vacated.
