RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITLIS ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE WEST 16th STREET, IN
BLOCK 8, . BATMAN'S SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
4:JEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
..ity oflttle Rock, Arkansas, on the 24th day of June
19 77 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon part of the
street, in block 8 of Batman's Subdivision Cherry �A+d.dition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now
appearing of record in Deed Hook 1315 , Page 180 , in the office of the
Recorder of Eulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said street.
7 NOW, TtEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, JS_13:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7'30 o'clock
P. H., on the 6th day of September 19 77
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
having general circulation in the city of Little Rock.
