5765 RESOLUTION NO 5,765
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN
A PETITION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK AS A PROPERTY OWNER IN THE FORMATION
OF THE LITTLE ROCK HISTORIC DISTRICT; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The Mayor is hereby authorized acting for and
on behalf of the City of Little Rock to execute a Petition for
the formation of a Little Rock Historic District as a property
owner within said proposed District as identified and provided
for by Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 5 ,723 adopted
June 6 , 1977 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
