A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SURVEY OF MAX A.
MEHLBURGER MEMORIAL MARKERS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5,198 of the Board of Directors
adopted May 7, 1974 the City commended the late Max A. Mehlburger
and approved the installation of "Mehlburger Markers" representing
survey reference points in the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS , those said "Mehlburger Markers" have been installed
and a plat prepared designating the location of each and it is
the desire of the Board of Directors to accept the said Survey
and have same filed for record in the Courts .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. That certain Survey designating the location
of "Mehlburger Markers" is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk
is hereby directed to cause same to be filed of record in the
office of the Pulaski County Circuit Court.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
