A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO PLACE AN
IRON FENCE INTO THE RIGHT OF WAY OF EAST SIXTH
STREET AND THE RIGHT OF WAY OF ROCK STREET IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. W. J. Walker of Little Rock, Arkansas is
hereby granted a franchise to locate a three foot high ornamental
iron fence approximately two feet into the right of way of East
Sixth Street and three and one-half feet into the right of way
of Rock Street at 601 Rock Street, Little Rock , Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This franchise is granted on the condition that
if at some time in the future it becomes necessary for the City
of Little Rock to utilize the right of ways for any purposes
deemed necessary then upon sixty (60) days written notice by the
City, the owner of said property along which the fence is con-
structed shall be required to remove the fence and encroachment
and restore the said property to its condition at the time of the
granting of this franchise at his sole expense.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
