RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE A PORTION OF SCENIC BOULEVARD, SCENIC HEIGHTS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 29th day of October
1975, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of Scenic
Boulevard lying South of the Northeast corner of Lot 47 of Scenic Heights
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of
said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 4, Page 235, in the office
of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public
utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meet-
ing of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock
P.M. , on the 6th day of January , 19 76
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for
two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
