A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, there now exists and has existed for many years
certain improvements situated on Lot 7 , Block 26 , Original City
of Little Rock, which improvements encroach in the right-of-way
of East Ninth Street approximately 1. 6 feet; and
WHEREAS, it has been requested to make this encroachment
a matter of public record that such encroachment has been dealt
with and creates no problems .
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. Nick Kumpuris and Reverend Dale Cowling
are hereby granted a franchise to allow an existing building
to encroach into the right-of-way of East Ninth Street approxi-
mately 1. 6 feet at Lot 7 , Block 26 , Original City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . This franchise is granted only for such time
as the existing building remains and will automatically terminate
with the removal of the existing building.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
