A RESOLUTION RENEWING THE BUS BENCH FRANCHISE
AS GRANTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 2756 , AS AMENDED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. That certain Bus Bench Franchise granted by
Resolution No. 2756 adopted November 6 , 1961 , as amended,
which franchise is now held by Public Bench Ads , Inc. , is
hereby renewed for a period of six (6) years from December 1,
1975 , in accordance with the terms and provisions now appli-
cable.
SECTION 2 . There is hereby granted to Franchisee an
option to renew this franchise for an additional ten (10) year
period subject to renegotiation of terms and conditions . If
Franchisee chooses to exercise the said option it shall notify
the City by written notice sixty (60) days before the expira-
tion of this herein granted six year period.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
