A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COMMISSIONER
FOR WATER PIPELINE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 133 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, Joseph E. Gibson, a duly appointed and
qualified Commissioner of Water Pipeline Improvement Dis-
trict No. 133 of Little Rock, Arkansas, has moved from the
boundaries of the district and now lives outside of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and,
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the office of Com-
missioner of Water Pipeline Improvement District No. 133 of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and,
WHEREAS, Eugene A. Brundick, a resident of the
district, has been nominated by the remaining commissioners
of the district to fill said vacancy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas that:
Section 1. Eugene A. Brundick, an owner of real
property within the boundaries of Water Pipeline Improvement
District No. 133 of Little Rock, Arkansas be, and he is,
hereby appointed Commissioner of the Board of Improvement of
said district.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
