A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF FIRE HYDRANTS WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK FOR THE YEAR 1976; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. During the calendar year 1976 , whenever
the Chief of the Little Rock Fire Department , with the approval
of the Arkansas Fire Prevention Bureau, shall select locations
within the City of Little Rock for fire hydrants deemed neces-
sary for adequate fire protection for the City of Little Rock
and requests the Board of Water Works Commissioners of the
Little Rock Municipal Water Works to install same , the said
Board of Water Works Commissioners shall have full authority
to install said hydrants and charge rental therefor as herein-
after provided.
SECTION 2 . The rates for hydrants installed under
this Resolution shall be as set forth in Section 501 , Article V,
of the Trust Indenture dated February 1, 1964, between the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas , and Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of
New York.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
