5438 RESOLUTION NO 5,438
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. A franchise is hereby granted to Mr. Jimmy
Miller, 8715 Old Spanish Trail , Little Rock, Arkansas to permit
the extension of a retaining wall approximately seven and one-
half feet beyond the front property line into the public right-
of-way at 8715 Old Spanish Trail .
SECTION 2 . The franchise granted in Section 1 hereof is
conditioned that the franchissee will, at his expense, remove
said retaining wall at anytime upon determination by the Board
of Directors that such removal is in the public interest and
to serve a public purpose and restore the right of way to its
4 condition existing at the time of the erection of the retaining
wall.
I SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
