5436 RESOLUTION NO 5,436 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED TO LANDS TO BE USED FOR PARK PURPOSES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS . SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock , Arkansas does hereby accept a Dedication Deed from Paul D. Morriss , Jr. , and Patricia A. Morris , his wife , to a parcel of land adjacent to Hindman Park to be used for public park purposes , which parcel of land is described as : Lots 6 and 7 , Block 7 , and Lots 1 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 and 8 , Block 8 , all in Westwood Heights Addition, a subdivision of the SE4, 5E4, Section 23 , Township (1) North , Range (13) West, now in the City of Little Rock , Pulaski County, Arkansas . SECTION 2 . A copy of said Dedication is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. Morriss, his wife, Grantors - Donors - for and in consideration of the benefits accruing to us and to the public generally, do hereby grant and dedicate to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , Grantee, forever, for public park purposes in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a tract of land owned by us , situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: Lots 6 and 7, Block 7, and Lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 8, all in Westwood Heights Addition, a subdivision of the SE4, SEA, Section 23, Township (1) North, Range (13) West, now in the City of Little Rock. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said City of Little Rock, Arkansas , and unto its successors and assigns forever, for the purposes of the public uses and benefits herein des- cribed, together with all and singular the tenements, appur- tenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
