A RESOLUTION DISCONTINUING THE SOLID WASTE
SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
TO COMMERCIAL USERS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Effective January 1, 1976 , the City of Little
Rock will discontinue providing solid waste services to com-
mercial users. Such commercial customers now being served by
the City of Little Rock are encouraged to obtain this service
from private enterprise.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
