5432 RESOLUTION NO 5,432
A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE SOUTHERN STANDARD
MECHANICAL CODE OF 1973; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. It is hereby found and determined by the Board
of Directors that the City of Little Rock will not adopt nor
give further consideration at this time to the adoption of the
Southern Standard Mechanical Code.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
