5431 RESOLUTION NO 5,431
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, MODEL CITIES AND
GOOD SPIRIT SINGING UNION ECONOMIC DEVELOP-
MENT CORPORATION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That certain contract between the City of
Little Rock , Model Cities and Good Spirit Singing Union
Economic Development Corporation dated December 1 , 1974
is hereby amended to provide that that sum of $60 , 000. 00
therein provided from Model Cities funds as a loan to said
corporation be and the same is hereby changed to a grant of
such funds for all legal intent and purposes and not subject
to repayment.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
