A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . A franchise is hereby granted to the property
owners residing on Terryson Drive and Walpole Drive in the
1 City of Little Rock to erect a barricade on the south and
east right of way lines of Walpole Drive as platted in Winda-
mere Subdivision to the City of Little Rock. Said barricade
shall conform to specifications approved by the City.
SECTION 2 . The franchise granted in Section 1 is con-
ditioned that the franchisees will, at their expense, remove
said barricade anytime upon determination by the Board of
Directors that such removal is in the public interest and
to serve a public purpose; and, further, said franchisees
shall at their expense restore the right of way of Walpole
Drive to its condition existing at the time of the erection
of said barricade.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
