5428 RESOLUTION NO. 5,428
WHEREAS , Metrocentre Improvement District No. 1 of Little
Rock, Arkansas, has filed a plan of improvement for the
District in accordance with law; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Assessors for the District, having been
duly appointed by this Board of Directors, filed on October 8,
1975 , an assessment roll with the City Clerk based upon such
plan of improvement; and
WHEREAS , in view of objections by certain property owners
within the District as to the amount of the assessment of
benefits to their property and the scope of the plan of
improvement, the Board of Commissioners of said District has
announced an intention to reconsider the plan of improvement
and the Board of Assessors of said District has requested
permission to withdraw the assessment roll now on file with
the City Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that the Board of Assessors
of Metrocentre Improvement District No. 1 be and it is hereby
granted permission to withdraw the assessment roll of said
District which was filed with the City Clerk on October 8,
1975.
